Fitter is an engineering trade and specialises in the production of various components in a single assembly.
The installation of spare parts is very important for mass production and the process of the future is carried out by the fitters.

What are the jobs and responsibilities of a Fitter?

They are responsible for the assembly of mechanical systems and the structural components.
Fitters assemble mechanical systems, but the machines are also repaired and serviced when necessary.
Must be able to create and read blueprints for structural systems, read and use their welding capabilities to make components from raw materials.
You need to be an expert in code to check your own work and make sure everything is up to standard.
Fitters use blueprints to design their components and must be able to conduct tests on structural systems to determine the cause of defects. Eligibility - 10th

You need to do a Fitter course from a DGE & T (Gov. of India), National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) recognised institute. Especially from ITIs (Industrial training institute). You can opt for exams such UPJEE as well for colleges in Uttar Pradesh and NCR
