Dairy Technology is a science that deals with dairy, cattle, and milk products, engineering of milk processing and milk products. Dairy Management is the administration of Dairy Technology to ensure that there is no hindrance in the manufacture and production of dairy products, increasing demand & supply, and creating a market for dairy products.
