Dairy Technology is a science that deals with dairy, cattle, and milk products, engineering of milk processing and milk products. Dairy Management is the administration of Dairy Technology to ensure that there is no hindrance in the manufacture and production of dairy products, increasing demand & supply, and creating a market for dairy products.

What does an individual in the field of dairy product management do?

An individual in this field can be responsible for, but not limited to, ensuring that there is enough supply of milk and dairy products, the process is functioning smoothly and effectively, researching and developing a new methodology for high yield and better dairy products, studying about the microorganisms that breed or feed on dairy products, manages a dairy farm including the health of the livestock, and ensuring the quality of the products are not compromised.
